  • Payment is required as agreed in the proposal/contract before the project begins.

  • Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer, PayPal, or other methods as specified in your invoice.

Late Payments

  • Late payments may result in a delay or suspension of services.

  • All invoices must be paid within 14 days unless otherwise agreed.

6. Refund Policy

  • Due to the nature of digital and design work, all sales are final, and refunds are not provided unless otherwise stated.

  • If Studio Rugha is unable to complete the agreed project due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial refund may be issued.

  • If the client terminates the project after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide all necessary materials (e.g., brand details, content, logos) before work begins.

  • Clients agree to provide timely feedback to avoid project delays.

  • Studio Rugha will respond to inquiries and client requests within 5 business days.

  • If the client fails to respond within 10 business days, the project may be paused or considered canceled without refund.

8. Revisions & Approval

  • Design projects include two (2) rounds of revisions as stated in the proposal.

  • Additional revisions beyond the agreed number may be charged at an hourly rate of €65,-.

  • Once a design is approved, any further modifications will be considered a new project and charged accordingly.

9.Website & Service Availability

Limitations of Liability for Website Issues

  • Studio Rugha does not guarantee that the Website will always be available, error-free, or secure.

  • We are not responsible for downtime, interruptions, or technical issues beyond our control.

  • We do not assume liability for any loss of data, revenue, or business disruptions caused by website issues.
